The Property
This brand-new construction was finished in 2022. The architectural design is a mix of contemporary spaces with concrete finishes and locally crafted wood details that provide warmth and a very natural feeling throughout the property.
The first level of the main building has an open-layout kitchen, dining and living room, that opens to the deck, the swimming pool and the BBQ grill area, all with spectacular and different views of the ocean. The fully equipped kitchen is a true delight, with high-end appliances and direct access to the BBQ grill; this is the perfect place to enjoy a wonderful meal or sunset drinks among friends or family. The living room has a Smart TV from which you can enjoy your favorite streaming services.
The second level is exclusively occupied by the Master Bedroom, , with breathtaking views which can be enjoyed from the king-size bed, the ample desk space, the shower and the very spacious private terrace.
The two guest bungalows are separate units, designed to provide maximum privacy and different perspectives of the spending ocean views. Each has approximately 500 sql ft of space, with a king-size bed, a desk area, en-suite bathroom, private terrace and a exterior shower to enjoy the sun and the great ocean breeze. What makes these bungalows unique, other than the amazing views, is their concrete ceilings, which serve as support for a very surprising and original green roof tops, which our guests can see from different areas of the villa and provide a splash of green that is absolutely refreshing.

Location and access
Casa Vida is located in the popular surf town of Tamarindo, just one hour and 15 minutes away from the Liberia Airport and a 5-minute drive from shops, restaurants and plenty of beach activities. The villa sits on a hill, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
We highly recommend the rental of a 4-wheel-drive, as some areas of the road are unpaved and the additional traction will be useful in the driveway. We can also help you coordinate the services of a van with a driver for airport transfers and others.
Services and activities
Daily cleaning of the house, the pool and the garden is provided. We may help coordinate private transfers, guided tours, private chef or local cook services, massages, etc
