THE VILLA:
The property seats on the highest peak of the Tesoro gated community, with a spectacular view of both the beach and the mountains. Wood is the main element in the design, used in the doors, windows, ceilings, deck and columns, it brings the natural element of the surrounding views into the elegant interior and exterior spaces.
As you enter the driveway, you'll discover a courtyard that provides a very private and secluded feeling to the main entrance. In the main level, a stunning ocean view, open-floor area that contains the living room, the dining room and the kitchen, which all open with bi-folding doors into the terrace, infinity swimming pool and sunset deck.
All the bedrooms have spectacular ocean view, en-suite bathrooms, a king size bed and each has distinctive details. The bedroom by the pool is located in the main level and has an exterior private shower that our guests absolutely adore. The casita is detached from the main house and has a beautiful deck from which you can enjoy a unique perspective of the spendid views. The Master bedroom is located in the upper level, with a private deck and an ample bathroom with a walking closet, a bathtub and a his and hers separate spaces with vanity and toilet.
The lower level is connected to the main house through the exterior stairs and leads to the laundry area and the garden bedroom, with breathtaking views and again, private deck.

Location & access
Casa Tres Doces is located in Tamarindo, only 1 hour and 15 minutes away from the Liberia Airport. The villa is part of the most prestigious hill-side, gated-community in the area, with spectacular views of the ocean and Las Baulas National Park, only a 5-minute drive from from shops, restaurants and plenty of beach activities.
Although walking to the beach is an option, is not a practical one as some areas lack sidewalks, distances can be long and temperatures are high most of the year. Our recommendation is to foresee some type of transportation, as there are no taxis or UBER services in the areas and transfer companies will not be able to accommodate last minute requests.
Access is easy with any type of vehicle. We do recommend the rental of a 4-wheel-drive if you wish to visit nearby beaches and because they are more comfortable on our road system. Golf carts have become very popular in the last couple of years, but do know that the community only allows 4-seaters as the large ones do not perform well downhill.
