The property
Malibu is a unique house with tropical design and organic decoration, it is the ultimate vacation retreat in which the elements of nature blend with the comfort and amenities of a modern home.
The house is a combination of indoor and outdoor spaces that connect between each other in a seamless manner. The living and dining area face the swimming pool deck and enjoy view of the evergreen mangroves and wetlands around the Tamarindo estuary. A BBQ is conveniently located in this open-aired but covered area, creating the perfect space to entertain and enjoy family and friends while grilling. The spacious kitchen has a loft-style design, allowing for a small staircase to connect with the comfortable and cozy TV room.
Two bedrooms are located in the East side wing: the Master bedroom, very spacious and featuring a bathtub that overlooks the mountains, and a guest bedroom with an office space. On the other side of the house, a very second guest bedroom has direct access to the pool deck and enjoys amazing forest and mountain view. A single-person fourth bedroom is located next to the driveway with en suite shower. A very spacious walkway connects the bedrooms and the living areas on the back of the house, leading to the reading / yoga area.
Wood is a central element of the house and guests will be greeted by unique pieces, specially crafted for the house. Metal and stone materials will complement the ensemble, creating a welcoming and natural atmosphere. Malibu was built around the existing trees, offering a great opportunity to spot birds of all colors and flowers during the blooming season.
Capacity
Malibu sleeps up to 7 persons. The house has a Master bedroom with a king size bed and a guest bedroom with a queen size bed on the East wing. Another guest bedroom with a king size bed is located by the pool deck, on the opposite side of the house and has a large day bed that may serve as a kid's bed. A fourth bedroom is located next to the driveway, with a single bed and en suite shower.

Location & Access
Malibu is located within a gated community within a very short distance from Tamarindo Beach and just a few feet away from best grocery store in the area. The house can be easily accessed by all types of vehicles, golf carts included.
